The Settings area gathers everything that concerns your agency as a whole.
Your agency
Contact person, phone number, your website and legal form. The email address is your account's and can't be changed here.
How you appear to clients
The most important block, because it determines how your clients experience Pagora:
- Assistant brand name: the AI assistant introduces itself to your clients under this name, on every channel. Pick something that fits your agency, say "Studio North website service".
- Escalation contact: when the assistant hands a request over to a human, it gives your client this name as the next step.
- Telegram chat ID for alerts: optional. If set, you get new escalations and outages instantly as a Telegram message instead of only seeing them in the cockpit.
GitHub connection
Shows whether your GitHub account is connected. You need the connection to deploy websites from repositories; it's normally set up during the setup assistant.
The recommended way is the Pagoras GitHub app: via "Connect with GitHub" you install it on your GitHub account and grant access to your client repos. You can add repos or revoke the connection at any time on GitHub under Settings → Installed Apps. Alternatively, a personal access token still works (expandable below the button) — note that fine-grained tokens expire, the app connection doesn't.
Tour
From here you can restart the interactive cockpit tour at any time — five stops along the sidebar. The client tour, on the other hand, starts right in the client view via the "Tour" button.
Language
The cockpit is available in German and English. This setting only affects your cockpit interface, not how the assistant communicates with your clients: it replies in whatever language it's written to.
API keys
Settings is also where the API keys live, which let you drive the cockpit via the API or through Claude. There's a dedicated page for that: API and MCP.
