The first step is exactly one question: what's your agency called?
What happens here
Clicking "Next" creates your agency account. The name needs at least two characters, otherwise the button stays disabled. Everything else in the assistant hangs off this account, which is why this step comes first.
Where the name appears
The agency name is your display name in the cockpit and the starting point for how you appear to clients. It's not set in stone though:
- The agency name itself is mostly what you see in the cockpit.
- How the AI assistant introduces itself to your clients is controlled by the "assistant brand name" in Settings. If you don't change anything there, it derives from the agency name.
So you can start with the obvious name and refine the branding later at your leisure.
Can I get anything wrong here?
No. The assistant saves every step immediately. If you close the window or sign out, you continue exactly here at your next login; nothing is lost.
